British 10K London Run

Alex Dalton, Auricelia Almeida, Charly Dalton, Francis Thomas, James Adamson, Kelly Cooper, Lu Thomas, Marilene Marinho, Robert Herbert, Tristan O'Garro will run the British 10K Run on Sunday 12th July 2009 at 9:35am in support of the work of Age Concern Westminster.

Individual budgets are designed to help people who are eligible for services to take control of their own social care budgets, manage their support and choose the services that's best for them. It puts the person at the centre of assessing their needs and the planning process, recognising that they are the person best placed to understand their own needs and hot to meet them.
